ZAZPF-10/16W electric single-seat plastic-lined control valve (hereinafter referred to as electric plastic-lined valve) is composed of a straight-through single-seat plastic-lined valve and an electric actuator. The inner cavity and inner parts of the plastic-lined valve are lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (abbreviated as F46), and a polytetrafluoroethylene bellows sealing structure is adopted in the upper valve cover. Therefore, the electric single-seat valve plastic regulating valve can be widely used in the regulation and control of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloride, aqua regia, various strong alkalis and strong oxidants, etc. with strong corrosive media.

Features

1. Corrosion resistance. The inner cavity of the valve body, valve core, valve seat, and valve stem are all lined with 2.5~3mm thick F46, which is resistant to strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali.

2. Good sealing performance. The upper valve cover and the valve stem are double sealed with tetrafluoroethylene bellows and packing.

3. The leakage is small. Since the valve core and valve seat are soft-sealed, the leakage is small

4. The valve body of DN3/4 and DN40~150 is an integral structure, and the valve body of DN20~32 is a separate structure.
